Colombia has tha named environmental constitution and this was the image for the creation of the other constitutions in Sur America but with the situation political, the corruption and turmoil in our country is very difficult to apply properly for their environmental. Elizabeth Arango
Ms. Arango, thank your comment. That is a sad reality, but we try to combat corruption, knowing our Constititucion and asserting our rights as citizens have.
